A native Virginian and the matriarch of a blended family of five, Kelly spends her free time traveling with her husband, Keith, and chasing good food and drink across Virginia.

A Pulitzer finalist with more than 25 years of experience, Clay has written and edited for some of the most respected news organizations in the country, including the Charlotte Observer and the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. These days he is the director of content and new business development with Lee Enterprises, where he leads a talented team in the creation of En Forme magazine and other special publications in Virginia. As an editor he favors solid reporting, narrative flair and a sense of humor. As a person, he favors bourbon.
Though he looks ridiculous wearing a real hat, Lewis has worn many in the figurative sense during his 30 years as a journalist. Writer. Designer. Editor. Manager. Snack lover. He even relaunched and managed Discover Richmond magazine, a predecessor to En Forme. Lewis is a native of Northern Virginia – and will die happier knowing that his beloved Washington Capitals won a Stanley Cup during his lifetime.
Shelly manages a wide range of digital news and marketing projects, including website development, email marketing, video production and social media. She is drawn to digital media because it can be continually refined to match the current circumstances, much like life. A two-time Hokie, Shelly loves hiking or biking the Blue Ridge Mountains, paddling the Chesapeake Bay and swimming at any pool between, yet she’s more often found in a gritty CrossFit gym bargaining with the coach to play music with cleaner lyrics.
A New York native raised in America and Bolivia, Alberto Yapur worked with renowned artists to help produce popular songs on national radio in Bolivia. He pursued music and audio production at VCU while interning at In Your Ear Studios in Richmond, and he later branched out into video production through In Your Ear and Dreams Factory. Since then, Alberto has supported local artists and businesses with marketing and advertising through multimedia.
A native of Central Virginia and a proud graduate of James Madison University, Stephen is the Richmond-based regional sales manager who works with a team to facilitate regional and statewide advertising campaigns. When not working, he can be found on the golf course or day-dreaming about sports cars.
Candace has worked for more than 20 years as an event strategist and producer. As a manager of events and new business development, she engages readers and advertisers through creative in-person and virtual events. Candace is a co-producer of an Emmy-winning documentary film and volunteers weekly for FreeHorse Arts and the Woodland Cemetery Foundation’s restoration project in Richmond. She most enjoys live music, kayaking the Piankatank and James rivers, and raising her daughters in her hometown of Ashland.
